Yoto Says: Learn about inspiring environmentalists with this audiobook from the bestselling series.
Inspire your little one to be passionate about the environment with simple, engaging stories about impactful people in environmental research and campaigning, to listen to at home or on the go. The most famous environmentalists started out as little dreamers with wild hopes of changing the world. With their unique ideas about planet Earth, they went on to change people’s perceptions with their activism and passion for doing the right thing.
Their journeys from young children to impactful voices are now available in audio format, including:
- Jane Goodall, the celebrated chimpanzee expert who lived with gorillas and furthered humanity’s understanding of animals
- Steve Irwin, the world-famous crocodile hunter whose mission was to show that even the most fearsome creatures should be protected
- Vanessa Nakate, the Ugandan climate justice activist who campaigns for the rights of her continent, Africa, to be recognised by the rest of the world
- Greta Thunberg, the determined young activist who inspired millions of people to protest climate change with her ‘school strike for climate’ movement
- Alexander von Humboldt, known as the Father of Environmentalism, who travelled to places not yet visited by Western scientists at the time
- David Attenborough, the British national treasure who educated generations of people about the importance of protecting the planet
