In the town of Nevermind, strange is just part of everyday life, and Barker Mifflin, the town’s eleven-year-old survivalist, is always ready for catastrophe.
In The Terror in Jenny’s Armpit (Book 1), Barker and his friends, Jenny Kim and Fen Stenson, face an increasingly bizarre mystery when something strange grows in Jenny’s armpit—so big she needs a wheelbarrow to carry it! Their journey leads them to abandoned labs, the discovery of Snerbs, and a secret that might just eat the entire planet.
In Attack of the Forty-Foot Chicken (Book 2), school’s out, but things are anything but calm. Barker’s summer job at McFadden Farm quickly turns chaotic as he encounters Supreme Commander McJerry, his secretive sister Megan, and a barn hiding something terrifying. As Barker pieces together a forty-foot-tall mystery, he faces challenges even his meticulous prepping couldn’t prepare him for.
The chaos continues in Escape from the Dungeons of Snerbville (Book 3), where Barker literally falls into trouble—riding a forty-foot chicken straight into the depths of Snerbville. With help from Tilda Huxley, a Barbie-sized ally created by a scientific mishap, Barker uncovers long-hidden secrets about Colossal Chemistry while evading ferocious creatures and a shrinking fate of his own.
Packed with laugh-out-loud moments, eerie twists, and unforgettable characters, this collection brings the wonderfully weird world of Nevermind to life in three exciting audiobooks. Perfect for listeners who love quirky adventures and hilarity in equal measure!
