Description
Yoto Says: Discover the If Animals series, where bedtime, love, kindness, and school come to life through the playful world of animals doing things we do.
Narrated by Bradley Whitford, brother of the author and best known for his roles in The West Wing, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Get Out, Ann Whitford Paul’s If Animals series, illustrated by David Walker, imagines how animals might celebrate our holidays and special occasions.
In the beloved If Animals Kissed Good Night, bedtime comes alive as Giraffe stretches to kiss his calf, Wolf howls goodnight, and Sloth takes her time, ensuring everyone is asleep before she’s done. In If Animals Said I Love You, Ostrich would boom it with wings wide, Impala would leap with joy, and Gorilla would thump his chest to show his love. In If Animals Tried to Be Kind, Porcupine knits Giraffe a scarf, Squirrel helps Dog dig up bones, and Bear surprises Snake with a honey cake. And in If Animals Went to School, Beaver counts with sticks, Goat snacks on storybooks, and Goose slides down Giraffe’s neck at recess.
This delightful series also includes If Animals Kissed Good Night, If Animals Said I Love You, If Animals Went to School, and If Animals Tried to Be Kind. Each book brings warmth, family traditions, and the joy of togetherness to every season.
