Description
Yoto Says: Join the BrainBots as they travel back in time to meet Louis Braille, the inventor of Braille.
A lesson about overcoming obstacles. The BrainBots are out of the classroom and flying to France to gather information about Louis Braille – inventor of braille.
Louis Braille suffered a childhood accident that meant he lost his sight at a young age. But he didn’t let that stop him! Join Nellie, Buzz and Gibbs as they follow Louis and see how his determination and thirst for knowledge led to a brand new reading and writing system for blind and partially sighted people.
Test your knowledge at the end of the card to see how many BrainBank facts you can remember about Louis Braille and his invention.
