Join Hilo, a space boy who crash-lands on Earth with no memory of where he came from, and his friends D.J. and Gina as they uncover secrets, battle bizarre creatures, and navigate epic challenges—all while learning the true power of friendship. In the first book, Hilo’s unexpected arrival on Earth shakes up D.J. and Gina’s ordinary lives. While Hilo hilariously tries to fit in—think underwear-only school days—he discovers he might not be the only thing that fell from the sky. Together, the trio must figure out Hilo’s past and face the occasional mutant space robot. As the adventure continues, strange portals begin opening across town, bringing a host of wild creatures, from giant mutant chickens to Viking hippos and killer vegetables. Hilo, D.J., and Gina must act fast to send these creatures back to their worlds before they wreak havoc on Earth. But the stakes get even higher when Gina is pulled into one of those mysterious portals. Hilo and D.J. refuse to let her disappear without a fight!
Their journey through magical worlds is filled with danger, surprises, and a powerful reminder that sometimes, the most unexpected heroes save the day.
