Description
Yoto Says: Yoto Says: This one’s a keeper for any lover of epic journeys, secret worlds, and heroes who don’t start out fearless.
Enter a breathtaking world of adventure, danger, and discovery in this epic fantasy series centered on Shade, a young silverwing bat determined to prove his courage. When Shade breaks one of his colony’s most sacred rules, a chain of events is set in motion that forces him far from home—and into challenges that will test his strength, loyalty, and sense of right and wrong.
Across these three stories, Shade is separated from his colony and must survive a perilous journey on his own, navigating unfamiliar lands and deciding whom he can trust. His quest grows even more urgent when he uncovers a terrifying human threat to bats everywhere, pushing him to take action not just for his family, but for his entire species. The journey continues through the eyes of the next generation, as Shade’s son faces an extraordinary trial of his own, venturing into a dangerous underworld in search of a way home.
Blending action, fantasy, and real-world science about bats, this pack offers a sweeping, high-stakes adventure brought vividly to life through John McDonough’s dramatic narration.
This pack includes:
Silverwing #1: Silverwing
Silverwing #2: Sunwing
Silverwing #3: Firewing
